C-TAC Airsoft has just released their new line of tactical gear. C-TAC tactical gear is made from a high strength nylon Cordura. C-TAC’s folding dump pouch features two mounting loops that can be easily attached to MOLLE webbing or a belt.
The dump pouch allows you to store empty magazines quickly and outside of your regular magazine pouches to prevent any confusion while reloading. The bungee retention cord prevents magazines from falling out of the dump pouch.

I never realized how useful a dump pouch is until I used one recently at an indoor facility. For indoor combat I use two CZ-75D pistols and a SAS Franchi shotgun. Between all of this equipment I have 7 pistol magazines and 8 shotgun shells. Prior to buying a dump pouch I would cycle a magazine by pulling out and loading a new one, and returning the empty one to the empty slot. This was a huge pain because it would obviously taken a while to reinsert and strap down an empty mag, but it also meant I had to keep track of which mag slots were empty and which weren’t. My biggest concern with a dump pouch was that the contents wouldn’t be secure in the pouch and that I would be losing mags left and right. I was wrong. The bag is made of a very sturdy material that stays flush with your backside (depending on where you wear it) so it’s not flopping around. Also there is a small curtain on the top of the pouch where you can adjust the tightness and size of the opening in the pouch. I adjusted to be just wide enough to fit my mags and shells and I played through 4 hours of game play and didn’t lose a single piece of equipment. What’s best is that I completely forgot that I was wearing it. It wasn’t slamming against me as I was running and it didn’t end up getting tangled in anything. Overall great product, would recommend.

Buying airsoft guns in Canada has never been so simple. As long as you are over the age of 18, they are legal to purchase and own. However, you can not discharge your airsoft guns outside of a designated playing field or private property. You are also not permitted to display/discharge the airsoft guns in public. Always treat your airsoft guns as actual firearms: with the utmost responsibility. Failure to do so can lead to legal punishment. If you have other questions, please consult your local law enforcement.

Electric guns, or more commonly known as AEGs, are the most popular form of airsoft gun. Their popularity is due to their consistency, ability to upgrade, and availability. The are powered using rechargeable batteries. The most common being NiMH or LiPO. Stock AEG rifles in Canada typically shoot 366 FPS+ using a 0.20g BB. The majority of AEGs have a fire selector, allowing you to choose between Safe, Semi-Automatic, and Full-Automatic. The AEG is the most recommended platform for all of these reasons.

Spring powered guns are simply powered through a cock and shoot system. To operate, you either pull back the bolt handle or pistol slide to cock, return to forward position, then pull the trigger to shoot. Using an internal piston and compressed air to function, spring guns are the most cost-effective option. We carry many high-powered sniper rifles, along with internal and external upgrade options available to truly maximise their potential. While these types of guns have an extremely low rate of fire, you do not have to worry about running out of gas or your battery running out of power.

Gas powered guns are revered due to their realism. They use compressed gas to propel the BB through the barrel of an airsoft gun. Most will have a realistic blowback feature, which will either internally cycle a bolt or externally cycle a slide. The types of gas used in these airsoft guns are either Co2 or Green Gas (propane). These types of guns typically have magazines that have realistic capacities, which makes these guns ideal for MILSIMs and target shooting.

Airsoft grenades are used for taking out small or large groups of people using the element of surprise in a single shot. Whether the are a timer grenade, impact grenade, or a shower shell, there are many forms that can the job done right. We also carry sounds grenades, which alarms the enemy, allowing you to storm when they are confused. You’ll know it when you hear one go off!

What is the difference between CO2 and Green Gas? Here is a quick comparison: CO2 is a high pressure gas, meaning you will get a higher velocity and a snappier blowback. They perform better in colder temperatures and typically last longer in a pistol magazine than Green Gas does. Green Gas is a mixture of propane and silicone oil. This prevents your guns seals from being dried out. It doesn’t perform as well as CO2 in colder temperatures, but it is typically cheaper than CO2 and it causes less strain on your guns. There is no clear cut winner between the two, so if you have questions, please email our staff at info@buyairsoft.ca!
